Legal Automation VPS is a private application used by the account owner for personal legal-document workflow automation.
The application may access Google Drive file metadata and authorized Google Docs and Google Sheets content required for the owner's workflow.
Data is used only to perform the owner's requested document organization, generation, review routing, workflow-state synchronization, and related automation.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with advertisers. Data is not disclosed to third parties except when the owner explicitly directs a workflow to use a selected external service.
Workflow data is processed within systems controlled or authorized by the account owner and is retained only as needed for the workflow and operational records. Reasonable technical controls are used to limit unauthorized access.
The owner can revoke Google account access at any time from the Google Account permissions page. Revocation stops future access by this application until authorization is granted again.
